Recorded in J.'s home studio in Amherst, Massachusetts, Beyond will be the first album to feature all three founding member's since 1988's Bug. It is due to be released on May 1st via Fat Possum (home to the Fiery Furnaces, deadboy & the Elephantmen), and will be shortly followed by a live DVD directed by Mascis' brother-in-law, Phillip Virus.
