James Blunt Week: I Really Want You
antiMusic reports: Former member of the Royal Air Force turned singer/songwriter, the UK's James Blunt seemed to come out of nowhere a couple years ago to become an international superstar. His highly anticipated new album "All The Lost Souls" is a certified smash, topping charts across the globe last week and debuting at No. 7 here in the US. This week we have a treat for Blunt fans old and new. We asked James to pick some of his favorites songs from the new CD and tell us a bit about each one. Here is James with today's song "I Really Want You":

I actually wrote "I Really Want You" a long time ago - before I recorded Back to Bedlam, and I tried to record it but couldn't capture it at all. It was something about it - it felt too much like a live song that you just couldn't catch the essence of it. That's really where Tom Rothrock comes into his own because he is a person that really understands how to make us perform as if it is a live set-up and he's the only one that can capture that.

Photog Cause Urban Crash?
antiMusic reports: Did a overzealous photographer Down Under try and pull a Princess Diana on country singer Keith Urban? Apparently Urban was in a motorcycle crash while on the way to an AA meeting and he says that it was caused by a photographer that was chasing him.

Urban said he was "out riding to an AA meeting, a time when my privacy is especially important to me, (when) I felt myself being pursued" by a photographer on another motorcycle according to AP.

"I sped up, and in an effort to elude an oncoming car which was making an illegal U-turn, saw no choice but to drop my bike. In actual fact, my pursuer came to my assistance, without taking photos, and helped me from the road. I returned home, got my car, and continued on my way."- more on this story

Filter reports: Radiohead have finally stopped the cryptic messages and have released a slew of details pertaining to the release of their seventh LP, In Rainbows. The album will be available in three, count them three different ways.

The madness will first begin on October 10, when the Nigel Godrich produced disc will be available as a DRM-free MP3 download. For this, you can pay whatever you want for it. Yes, you did read that correctly. Seen as more of a donation, its a guarantee no Radiohead fan will go without that day.

Elton Child Porn Show Nixed
AP reports: A British gallery that turned over a photo of two naked girls to police amid child pornography concerns has closed the exhibition at the request of Elton John, who owns the collection.

The BALTIC Center for Contemporary Art, in Gateshead, northeastern England, said it closed "Thanksgiving," an installation of 149 pictures by American photographer Nan Goldin, at John's request.

"After the removal of one image from the series it was no longer possible for BALTIC to exhibit the collection of works as the artist intended," the gallery said in a statement. "Therefore BALTIC is sympathetic to Sir Elton John's request and supportive of the decision."- more on this story

Love Settles Nirvana Suit
Metal Underground reports: Courtney Love settled a lawsuit brought against her by the attorneys who represented her in her own legal battle with the surviving members of NIRVANA, according to Seattle Weekly. Katherine Hendricks and O. Yale Lewis claimed that Love owed them more than $340,000, plus interest, for their work on a 2002 suit that Love filed against NIRVANA bassist Krist Novoselic and drummer Dave Grohl. Love, who controlled the share of NIRVANA's business that had belonged to her late husband, NIRVANA frontman Kurt Cobain, allegedly did not fully pay her lawyers even though she eventually earned at least $9 million as a result of that suit.

Love settled with Hendricks and Lewis for an undisclosed sum. The settlement was effective as of Monday, September 17. The case was scheduled to go to trial on Wednesday, September 19.

According to court records, Love had paid the Seattle-based attorneys more than one million dollars in the NIRVANA suit, but still owed them $341,000 plus as much as $200,000 in interest.- more on this story
