The group has now announced their first road plans to support the album. They will kick off a headlining tour dubbed "The Unnatural Born Killers Tour 2003" on October 16th in Tampa, Florida.  

The month-long tour will not just be a headlining gig for Six Feet Under but will be a mini metal festival with the inclusion of supporting acts, Skinless, Behemoth, And The Black Dahlia Murder.
