After the kick off date in Florida, Internal Bleeding will be on board for the entire tour.  Reflux will join the tour on August 28th and play through September 4th. Cannae will join the tour through Aug. 30 thru September 4th. Misery Index and Premonitions of War will both join the tour on September 7th until it concludes on September 25th.
