The 57-year-old actor was originally arrested in November of 2002, last July he plead no contest to child pornography charges. He was accused of hiring a 14-year-old boy to pose for sexually explicit photos, a felony and possession of child pornography, a misdemeanor. He was sentenced to five years probation, counseling and was required to register as a sex offender in his community.
Jones, reportedly complied with his probation terms but when he moved last March, he failed to register as sex offender in his new community. The law requires that sex offenders register within 48 hours when they move.
No word at press time about when Jones
is required to appear in court.
