James is believed to have contracted the virus from Brazilian actress Bianca Biagg during a recent adult film shoot in Brazil, according to Adult Video News. It has already been confirmed that James infected porn newcomer Lara Roxx. 

Roxx has only performing in adult films for 3 months. She performed with James on March 24th along with Mark Anthony, Maxxx Black

It was determined that James had sex with 12 women after the period he was believed to be infected, those actresses have had sex with dozens more, carrying a domino effect of possible infection. The Adult Industry Medical Heath Care Foundation has identified 45 actors and actresses that may have been infected. 

As a precautionary measure most the Southern California porn industry has halted production of new films for at least 60 days while more testing can be performed on other stars that had sex with the infected actors or second and third generation in the line; individuals that had sex with those that had previously had sex with the infected actors.
