Although Bouch doesn't say specificially which members left the band he did give a hint when writing about which positions they are looking to fill. It appears that Kevin Lemire (guitar), Luc Verville (bass), and Frank Pellerin (vocals). 

Here is the official message for The Bouch: This is a sad day for a perfect murder. The band is losing 3 of their 5 current members. No hard feelings. personal situations is the reason why it's happening right now. The band will go on and do some final shows in their hometown. Keep looking the website (www.xaperfectmurderx.net) for dates. Obviously, we Need to cancel our tour that we were suppose to do with our friends in bury your dead and scars of tomorrow. My apologies goes out to everyone that was booking the shows. We will be back on track as soon as we find a solid line-up to do it. I can already tell you that we are doing the SYRACUSE NEW YEAR show In rochester,NY. That will set up our first USA show and a new beginning. We will be trying out whoever wants to try out.
