(Epic) Epic recording artists MUDVAYNE will take their furious live show on the road as part of this summer's highly anticipated OZZFEST tour. The powerhouse quartet has landed the much-coveted third spot on the tour's main stage, just before headliners Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden. This will be Mudvayne's second tour of OZZFEST duty, having headlined the second stage back in 2001.

"Ozzfest is the ultimate summer tour," says Mudvayne lead vocalist Chad Gray." We're excited to be part of its 10-year anniversary and its great lineup of legends and rising stars. We're looking forward to ripping the roof off every shed on this tour."

OZZFEST celebrates its 10th anniversary with the staggering lineup of Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Rob Zombie, Killswitch Engage, Shadows Fall and Black Label Society. Originally launched in 1996 as a limited two-city trek, OZZFEST has become a virtual breeding ground for up-and-coming bands. The heavy metal juggernaut has earned a hallowed position in the busiest tour season with a relentless commitment to its core fans and the consistency of quality they demand.

Mudvayne (Gray, guitarist Greg Tribbett, bassist Ryan Martinie and drummer Matt McDonough) are currently gearing up for the April 12th release of their new album LOST AND FOUND with a seven-week headlining tour that began March 29th at the Roy Wilkins Auditorium in St. Paul, Minnesota with openers Life of Agony, American Head Charge and bloodsimple. The band will celebrate the album's release in New York City on April 12th with a show at Roseland, followed by a late night in-store appearance at the Virgin Megastore in Times Square.

Paving the way for LOST AND FOUND and blazing its way up the charts is lead single "Happy?" The track is currently standing tall at #2 on Billboard's Active Rock Chart and Top 20 at Modern Rock. The song's video, directed by Lex Halaby, is in rotation on both "Headbanger's Ball" and Fuse.

LOST AND FOUND, which recently garnered a three-star review in Stuff, a four-K write-up in Kerrang! and was hailed by Revolver as "gloriously twisted," will be available in two configurations: the full CD and a DualDisc. The latter features the album in enhanced stereo and a jam-packed DVD highlighting never-before-seen footage, rare photos, videos of new songs "Determined" and "IMN" and the pre-CGI cut of the "Happy?" video. Fans can pre-order the DualDisc at the band's official site, www.mudvayne.com.
