Darkest Hour began offering tablature books at their merch table a few years ago, selling out each print run with amazing rapidity. At the same time, guitarist Kris Norris produced his first instructional DVD which has been an excellent seller as well. Back by popular demand, the band has published a new tab book and re-issued the first one, while Norris has produced volume 2 of his instructional series.
Undoing Ruin was recorded at Green House Studios Vancouver, BC by Devin Townsend, and mastered in Vancouver, BC by Greg Reely. The band was thrilled to work with the genius behind albums by Lamb of God, Soilwork and his own band, Strapping Young Lad. Guitarist Mike Schleibaum had this to say about Undoing Ruin, It is by far our most extreme, mature, punishing, and diverse material to date. This record is who we are and it has been a long time coming.
Darkest Hour and Converge are joined on shows from November 4th to November 8th by Ringworm, whose Justice Replaced By Revenge is in stores today.
