Jourgensen was a pioneer in bringing industrial music to the masses and he essentially returns to his roots with his latest endeavor. Al spearheaded the Chicago based Waxtrax! imprint throughout the late 80's and 90's bringing forth the release of such notable alter-ego ventures as Revolting Cocks, Pailhead, 1000 Homo DJ's, Acid Horse, PTP, and Lard. Jourgensen explains: "Being clean for three years, I decided it was time for me to get back in the saddle and create an independent and autonomous outlet for Ministry and other side projects again. I'm looking forward to developing 13th Planet Records into a successful, prolific, and creatively rewarding artist run label. 13th Planet Records unveils its new website www.thirteenthplanet.com on October 31, 2005. The site will host news, music, tour information, and merchandise for all things Ministry, Revolting Cocks and Jourgensen's side-projects.
