(PR) Capitol Records recording group The Panic Channel has unveiled a wide-ranging schedule of multimedia activities surrounding the upcoming release of their eagerly anticipated debut album. Dubbed "(ONe)," the collection - which features the first single, "Why Cry" - arrives in stores on August 15th.

The Panic Channel - whose ranks include guitarist Dave Navarro, drummer Stephen Perkins, and bassist Chris Chaney, along with singer/guitarist Steve Isaacs - will herald the release of "(ONe)" with appearances on a number of high-profile TV programs. The schedule kicks off on August 10th with a performance on NBC's The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, followed on August 21st with a visit to ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live. September 9th sees the band playing live on DirecTV's CD USA, with an additional appearance set for September 22nd on NBC's Last Call with Carson Daly (check local listings). In addition to their televised activities, The Panic Channel will also be rocking radio airwaves throughout August. On August 11th, the band will perform tracks from "(ONe)" on Tom Leykis' nationally syndicated "Summer Splash" spectacular at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles, airing live from 3-7pm PST (check local listings). Next, the band will be the featured guests on the nationally syndicated radio show, Rockline, set for Monday night, August 14th. The show will see Navarro and Isaacs taking questions from host Bob Coburn as well as fans across the country, from 8:30-10 pm PST (see RocklineRadio.com for local listings as well as information regarding live Internet streams).

The week of August 14th will see The Panic Channel as the focus of an FMQB radio special, featuring live acoustic performances and an extensive interview with the band. Hosted by Ryan Castle, the show will air on various stations across the United States (check local listings). As if all that weren't enough, on Monday, August 21st, The Panic Channel will perform live on Adam Carolla's nationally syndicated morning show; with the band set to hit the studio at 7am PST (see www.adamcarolla.com for further details).

The Panic Channel will also make its presence known on the Internet. Beginning August 8th, VH1.com's "Hear Music First" will allow fans the opportunity to check out "(ONe)" in its entirety for one week leading up to the album's release date. On August 15th, the band will celebrate the arrival of "(ONe)" with an interview and live performance on AT&T Blueroom, located at blueroom.att.com/mainstage.
