(PR) Verve Forecast just released the Motion Picture Soundtrack to the film Leonard Cohen: I'm Your Man, directed by Lian Lunson, and distributed by Lionsgate Films, which director Wim Wenders has called "one of the greatest music films of all times." The soundtrack CD features powerful performances of Leonard Cohen masterpieces by an outstanding array of today's top singer/songwriters including Nick Cave, Rufus Wainwright, Beth Orton, Teddy Thompson, Kate and Anna McGarrigle, Jarvis Cocker, Antony (of Antony and the Johnsons), and more. The performances on the CD were recorded live at the landmark "Came So Far for Beauty: An Evening of Leonard Cohen Songs" concerts at the Brighton Dome and the Sydney Opera House, produced by music industry veteran, Hal Willner, who also produced the soundtrack CD.
