Phish Drug Bust

(antiMusic) Trey Anastasio, the former frontman for Phish was arrested early Saturday morning in upstate New York. Anastasio was pulled over close to his home at 3:30 a.m. after an officer witnessed the singer failing to keep his vehicle to the right of the road.

Anastasio was driving with a suspended driver's license and police found several prescription medications in his possession including Hydrocodone, Percocet and Xanax. Police told the local media that the prescriptions were in another person's name.

Anastasio was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and driving under the influence of drugs. He was ticketed and released.
