(antiMusic) Legal council for Heather Mills McCartney said that the tabloids didn't have a leg to stand on when accusing the former model of prostitution. News of the World reportedly dug up some four year old prostitution claims and Mills attorney denied their truthfulness and also said "These are not new stories and were refuted by her lawyers four years ago when first raised. The sources clearly are a variety of unreliable persons who have been paid for these stories," reports Entertainmentwise.com. "The timing of the article is clearly designed to cause maximum hurt to Heather, her husband and family at this sensitive time."Mills who split with Paul McCartney last month has been the target of several lurid tabloid stories over recent weeks. One story involves pornographic photos from almost 20 years ago that were published by The Sun last week.
