(PR) Def Jam recording artist Ne-Yo has been signed to co-headline the Ruff & Ready, Yung & Sexy: Scream Tour 5. The 17-city U.S. tour - which stars Omarion and also features Yung Joc, Pretty Ricky, Mario, Jibbs, Sammie, and One Chance - will open November 22nd at American Airlines Arena in Miami, and will wrap up at Verizon Center in Washington, DC on New Year's Eve Sunday. 12/08 Oakland, CA Coliseum
