(PR) Wentworth Gallery today announced a new exhibit called The Art of Ole Blue Eyes, which tells the story of Frank Sinatras life through artwork from one of the largest and oldest photo archives in the world. Charles Pignone, author of the recent New York Times bestseller Sinatra Treasures, will appear at the exhibit to offer his firsthand recollections of Sinatra after traveling with him to more than 500 concerts. The vast array of images celebrate 90 years of Sinatra captured through his movie and singing careers, paintings, photographs and family. For the first time ever, collectors will have an opportunity to purchase limited edition artwork on canvas created from Frank Sinatras original paintings. His granddaughter, artist Amanda Erlinger, inherited the materials after Sinatra passed away in 1998 and curated the artwork exclusively for this one-of-a-kind exhibit. The Art of Ole Blue Eyes will be held on December 8 from 6-9 pm in Newport Beach and December 9 from 5-9 pm in La Jolla. For more information, please call Wentworth Gallery at (305) 624-0715.
