(PR) Indie artists HANSON will premiere their documentary STRONG ENOUGH TO BREAK at the prestigious 10th Annual Hollywood Film Festival presented by STARZ at the ArcLight Cinemas in Hollywood in October. The documentary, a film by director Ashley Greyson, looks at HANSON and their three year struggle with their record label, Island/DefJam, from an insider perspective rarely seen before. What started out as a story about HANSON, turned into a bigger commentary on the state of the music business. With the music industry in the aftermath of corporate mergers, deregulated radio, and an uncertain future, HANSON is faced with the challenge of making a new album while dealing with an endless array of obstacles. Throughout the forty month ordeal, they must learn to cope with an insatiable record label executive, incompatible producers and ultimately with each other. In this climate, the band discover if they can strike the balance between art, commerce and independence.
