Now adjoined and based in New York, the quartet's expansive knowledge of traditional theories and methodologies add an unsurpassed level of sophistication to their take on indie-rock compositions. With the addition of electronic backdrops, strings and reeds, tape splicing, counterpoint theory and a multimedia live experience, Motion Commotion's pop inclinations reach out to those with refined tastes and/or appreciation for high tradition within the context of contemporary accessible rock.
