During rehearsals at Shepperton Studios famous Classic T-Stage for the Drifters Greatest Hits Live DVD, Peter Lamarr, Rohan Delano Turney, Patrick Alan and Victor Bynoe decided to record some Drifters classics in the way sessions used to be done- quickly and in one or two takes. The guys did include some personal favorites originally sung by legendary Drifters vocalists such as Clyde McPhatter, Ben E King, Rudy Lewis and Bill Fredericks. Also included are songs and rarities from The Drifters which are not readily available on CD but have been requested by the fans over the years. Recorded at Classic T Stage during February 2006. Both the CD and DVD will be released on 06/26/2007.
