. (PR) Pop singer/songwriter Josie Cotton is set to release her new album Invasion of the B-Girls, a rocking collection of B-movie cover songs, October 9th on Scruffy Records.

Invasion Of The B-Girls features nine classic B-movie theme songs re-done in Josie's own inimitable style. Songs include the first single, "Maneaters (Get Off The Road)", from the Herschell Gordon Lewis cult fave "She Devils On Wheels", the title song from "Girl In Gold Boots", "Goodbye Godzilla", "Green Slime", "Who Killed Teddy Bear?", and many more. The album also contains a dance remix of "Maneaters" from electro-hipster Ursula 1000.

With liner notes written by legendary film director John Waters, Invasion Of The B-Girls offers the listener a unique take on favorite B-movie tunes, by inimitable underground sensation Josie Cotton. - Myspace page
