Sergio Mendes headlines the evening performing classics as well as selections from his newest album. Accompanying Mendes are veteran musicians Gracinha Leporace, Dawn Bishop, Kleber Jorge, Carlos Yutaka Del Rosario, Leo Nobre, Gibi, Mike Shapiro and Krishna Booker of Brazil 2007. Adam Arkin is Master of Ceremonies.

An Evening for the Station has become a passion for everyone involved, including the musicians, the committee and the faculty and students at LA Music Academy.
