(antiMusic) Metallica are gearing up for an acoustic benefit. they issued the following statement: Does two acoustic gigs in our hometown mean that we're sick of the studio again? Nah . . . not really . . . but we are honored that we have been invited to appear at the annual Bridge School Benefit concerts. Held on October 27 and 28, 2007 at Shoreline Ampitheatre in Mountain View, CA, this will be our second time participating in the all acoustic shows, and the 21st year that the benefit has been held in the Bay Area.
