You see Durst, who has been known to get a pie in the face from time to time, deliberately hit two people with his car. The incident happened way back in October of last year in Los Angeles. Maybe he was frustrated with his lack of media coverage and was trying to generate some interest or maybe they gave him an honest opinion of his music? We don't know, but we do know the Limp one put himself on the mercy of the court for these crimes and got off pretty light.
He was handed the gift of a 120-day suspended jail sentence (meaning he doesn't actually have to stay at the Paris Hilton Chino). He was also ordered to perform 120 hours of community service which we suggest should include abstinence from making "music," the best community service he could ever perform and he was also handed a whopping fine of $1,500, which he should be able to cover with his royalty checks from the next ten years.
He is also reportedly bound by a restraining order which says he can not "annoy, harass, strike, threaten or otherwise disturb the peace" of the two people he hit with his car. Playing "Nookie" within there hearing would easily violate almost all of those conditions, good thing no one listens to it anymore.
