The half-dozen tunes chosen span the length of Seether's career from their beginnings in South Africa, through their current release FINDING BEAUTY IN NEGATIVE SPACES. Additionally, a cover selected by the quartet, alongside six previously released studio album cuts rounds out the complete track listing (below). Alongside the musical performances, the program features an extensive interview with band members Shaun Morgan (Vocals / Guitar), Dale Stewart (Bass), John Humphrey (Drums) and Troy McLawhorn (Guitar). The interview covers expansive territory, taking fans from the origins of the band in May 1999 through the process of writing and recording, and a deep exploration into the band's repertoire and personal obstacles they have individually and collectively overcome.

There are stories shared revealing the historical origin of album titles, songs and their specific riffs, many of which have never been shared.
