(PR) Orleans marks their 36th year in the industry by releasing their first DVD currently available at your local FYE. Orleans continues to pack houses, re-connecting with old and new fans after 14 albums and over seven million airplay spins on their hits Still the One, Dance with Me and Dancing in the Moonlight.
This latest collaboration, Were Still Havin Fun, recorded live in Pittsfield, MA, lives up to its name and is likely to be the last album to feature co-founding member, John Hall, who is currently serving in the US Congress. Were Still Havin Fun is a vibrant production that only a live DVD can offer. Orleans' first-ever DVD is our best documentation of the 36-year history of this band, says bassist Lance Hoppen. Orleans' recordings have always been praised for their polish, but those who see us play live for the first time are often surprised by the raw energy. This DVD is the first time anyone has had the opportunity to see as well as hear us play live without having to actually go to the show.
