Key characteristics are its being totally free, the aim to offer events that are somehow unique, the idea of making of the whole metropolitan area the scene of an intense varied program (live gigs, nightclubbing, happening, reading, cinema, art galleries), and the will to establish a tight relationship between music and other artistic forms.
