(antiMusic) Busta Rhymes ain't goin' to jail as some feared, instead he got off relatively easy for the assault rap he pleaded guilty to in January. He was fined and sentenced to three years probation, but the judge did give him the following warning when handing the sentence: "If you mess up, you're going to jail. I've given you a chance."According to Jam! "The 35-year-old Rhymes, whose real name is Trevor Smith, was also ordered to perform 10 days of community service; pay a US$1,250 fine, plus court costs; and enroll in a drunken driving program." Busta was charged for assaulting his former driver and a fan. Jam! reports that "Rhymes pleaded guilty in January on the day he was set to go to trial on the assault and driving offences related to four separate incidents." - Read the Jam! report for more info
