Shadows Fall Deny Split Rumor

(antiMusic) Shadows Fall frontman Brian Fair issued a statement refuting rumors online that hinted that the band would be parting ways with Atlantic Records. The rumor started after some linked them to a blind news item. Here is what Fair had to say according to Blabbermouth: "Since returning home [from our crazy Australian-Asian tour], we have been made aware of some rumors involving ourselves and our record label. Let me make this very clear ... we have no intention of splitting with our label. Atlantic Records and Roadrunner worldwide have been amazing to us throughout the release of 'Threads Of Life' and we look forward to continuing our working relationship with both on our next release. "It appears that some people out there don't know the difference between 'rumors' and actual 'news.' Somehow we were linked to a blind news item that mentioned neither us or our label and a few people decided to assume it was us. Well, we all know what happens when you ASSume
