One of the UK's best-kept secrets, Marillion has developed a unique and intimate relationship with their fans, whose passion and dedication is unparalleled. Since their debut album in 1983, the band has become known for soulful, powerful, often deeply moving music, and for blistering live shows that leave their audiences breathless. Continually forging into new musical territories with a succession of inventive, emotional albums over a quarter-century, the band launched their own record label, Racket Records, in 1999. In 2009, Marillion set out to the road, performing their new music with stops throughout Europe, North America and a highly anticipated Marillion Weekend fan convention in Holland.
