Whitechapel has been opening the festivities on this summer's Mayhem fest as the opening act on the side stage alongside label mates Behemoth, Cannibal Corpse, and more.
Whitechapel comments: "Mayhem is going amazing so far, we couldn't have asked for a better line up of bands to be touring with and better crowd responses. Fans are going off across the U.S. in every city and we are loving it. It's definitely the best tour we have ever done and are going to be super bummed when it's over!
"When we got the offer for these dates with Trivium we were really excited. We've been hanging out with the Trivium dudes on Mayhem and have been having a blast, so naturally the good times will continue on with this upcoming tour. It's a perfect opportunity for us to deliver the same pummeling live show we gave these fans at Mayhem in a smaller more intimate club setting."
