Wynonna Judd Takes Over ABC
ABC.com is showcasing the country music superstar in a short-form series captured in Nashville during the CMA Music Festival, giving a behind-the-scenes look from the fan's perspective.
Wynonna's 4-part web series "I'm With Wy" launches Thursday August 20th. Lisa Graystone from Morro Bay, CA won the VIP fan experience of a lifetime. Upon her arrival in Nashville, Wy's official fan videographer was armed with a Flip cam and got the chance to document Wy's on and 'off-camera' antics during the 2009 CMA Music Festival.
The online series captures a glimpse into the life and comedic personality of Wynonna as she interacts with her fans and provides an unprecedented look into life backstage, at an interview on Music Row with Larry King, mingling with Darius Rucker and other artists at a radio junket and even performing on the main stage to a packed stadium audience at LP Field as The Judds appear together for the first time in 6 years.
The ABC.com series features nine-time CMA winner, Wynonna as she celebrates her 25th anniversary in the music business. "CMA Music Festival: Country's Night to Rock" airs Monday, August 31st (8-11pm, ET) on the ABC Television Network. Tune in to catch Wynonna on the three-hour special. Wynonna also chatted backstage with Cameron Mathison from ABC's All My Children before her performance and you can see that interview on "Good Morning America" during their August 31st show.
