Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has settled his lawsuit against several companies over a plane crash in South Carolina last year that killed four people, attorneys said Tuesday, according to AP. Barker was one of two survivors of the Sept. 19, 2008 crash that killed two pilots and two of his friends. Another survivor, celebrity disc jockey DJ AM, has since died of an accidental drug overdose. more

INXS has announced a new album featuring a group of guest singers and a world tour that will kick off with a show at the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver, according to the Canadian Press. Kansas City television station KCTV reports that the autopsy results released Tuesday say 36-year-old cousin of rock veteran Bruce Springsteen Lenny Sullivan died of acute amphetamine and heroin intoxication.
