No Chance of Full Van Halen Reunion was a top story from March and here it is again as we look back at the biggest stories from 2009 so far: (Blabbermouth) Eddie Van Halen has told RollingStone.com that his son Wolfgang Van Halen, 17, who spent the last year on the road with his dad's band VAN HALEN, playing bass, is a "permanent" member of the group."Wolfie had it the toughest on tour: he had three or four hours of [tutoring] every day, and then the gig," Eddie Van Halen told RollingStone.com. "I yanked him out of school for 11th grade, which is actually the most important year, because that's what they go by for college. And the school said, 'We're not going to let him back in, if you pull him out, because we've never done that before.' Well, first time for everything, dude, you know?
