"I am lovinggg being single :) life is so carefree!!!," Cyrus Tweeted for twits.Rye Rye regrets to announce she is cancelling her support dates with A-Trak. Rye Rye was to bring her hardcore on the road with his 10,000lb Hamburger Tour July 5 – August 8. After completing her international tour while working on her upcoming debut album, the busy Baltimore rapper just premiered her M.I.A.-directed video "Bang" July 1. Hilary Duff is set to guest star on Gossip Girl according to EW. They report that she'll "play Olivia Burke, a movie star who enrolls at NYU in search of a traditional college experience. She ends up rooming with Vanessa (Jessica Szohr) so it's safe to say she'll be majoring in Drama! Duff will debut in this season's fourth episode, slated to air Oct. 5." more When Rihanna tattooed a few of the tattoo artists at East Side Ink in New York last Wednesday night, she may not have realized what she was doing was illegal.
