(vh1) As their new video featuring the GEICO cavemen makes its debut today, platinum-plus-selling rockers 3 Doors Down (Universal Republic) announced they will host "VH1 Best Cruise Ever," taking place April 15-19, 2010.
The cruise, from Tampa, Florida to Grand Cayman on board the Carnival Inspiration, will feature the popular Mississippi rock quintet, Lifehouse, Shinedown, and special guests Carolina Liar, Finger Eleven, SAFETYSUIT and more. Exclusive pre-sale signups will take place through July 22 via the event's website www.vh1bestcruiseever.com. Cruise tickets go on sale to the general public on August 3.
As it prepares to go cruising, 3 Doors Down also goes primal with the debut of their newest video, "Let Me Be Myself," featuring the GEICO cavemen. Available on the band's site, www.3DoorsDown.com, the video for "Let Me Be Myself," the third single from the band's new self-titled studio album, was directed by Shaun Silva (Kenny Chesney, Sugarland, Rascal Flatts), who helmed 3DD's most recent video, "It's Not My Time."
