The [overused cliché removed] thriller – starring Megan Fox and written by Academy Award-winner Diablo Cody (Juno) – premieres in theatres across North America on September 18th.

"Jennifer's Body: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack" gathers previously unreleased tracks from an array of top FBR artists, including Cobra Starship, Hayley Williams, and Panic! At The Disco, who contribute the first single, "New Perspective." The track – exclusive to this release – will ship to Modern Rock radio outlets nationwide later this month.

The soundtrack further features a who's-who of today's top emoriffic acts, including tracks from Silversun Pickups, All Time Low, Little Boots, Black Kids, Florence and The Machine, and Lissy Trullie, alongside such alternative icons as Dashboard Confessional and Hole, whose classic "Violet" will be included as a bonus track on the digital Deluxe Edition (see attached tracklisting). "Jennifer's Body: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack" was produced by renowned music supervisor Randall Poster (The Hangover, Revolutionary Road).

Directed by award-winning filmmaker Karyn Kusama and written by Oscar-winner Diablo Cody (Juno), Jennifer's Body stars Megan Fox (Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen), Amanda Seyfried (Mamma Mia, Big Love), Johnny Simmons, J.K. Simmons (Spider-Man, Juno), Amy Sedaris (Strangers With Candy, Dance Flick), and Adam Brody (The OC). The film is produced by Mason Novick, Daniel Dubiecki, and Jason Reitman.

Long relegated to living in Jennifer's shadow, her lifelong best friend Needy (Amanda Seyfried) must step up to protect the town's young men, including her nerdy boyfriend Chip (Johnny Simmons).
