(antiMusic) You'll be hearing a lot more about DIY hard rockers The Infinite Staircase in the coming weeks as they've agreed to keep Day in Rock readers in the loop about the Black Label Bash with a tour diary. While the tour kicks off next week, here is an introduction to the band today!:

The Infinite Staircase, the unsigned & self-managed NY/NJ based band who will be touring alongside Black Label Society, Sevendust, and Dope on this Spring's Black Label Bash, has officially made their debut full length album entitled "The Road Less Taken" available to order through their website

"Forever For Now" is the band's first single and can be streamed on their Myspace along with clips of several other new tracks. The Road Less Taken was recorded on Staten Island, New York at Majickly Malicious Studios and later sent to be Mixed by Guitar Virtuoso Blues Saraceno. Saraceno also makes a special guest appearance on the album, lending his signature chops and tone to the track "Happy Fields". Guitar Legend Earl Slick (David Bowie, John Lennon, etc...) also makes an appearance on "Lately."

The Infinite Staircase will also be filming several shows from The Black Label Bash for a DVD to be released later this year.
