(antiMusic) According to MetOnTour.com, Metallica will release a new DVD featuring footage from the band's Canadian performances in Quebec City, Quebec (October 31 and November 1) and Ottawa, Ontario (November 3). more

In related news: Virginia State Police announced a community search for a Morgan Dana Harrington the missing 20-year-old junior from Virginia Tech who was last seen at Metallica's October 17, 2009 concert at the John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville, Virginia planned for this Friday. more

The Beatles' catalogue is still available for free streaming and digital download purchase on BlueBeat.com - despite the fact that EMI is now suing the US-based website. EMI, which distributes The Beatles' recordings via an agreement with Apple Corps, filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against the company Tuesday in federal court in Los Angeles.
