Speaking of Bon Jovi and in the interest of fairness, we let Bart Steele tell his side yesterday in his appeal of the lawsuit against the band, Time Warner, Major Legue Baseball etc. Hollywood Report did a story on the appeal on Tuesday and reports that in the original court case, "Steele's own musicologist testified that the songs weren't very similar. The district judge ruled that no reasonable jury could conclude there was substantial similarity between the songs and dismissed the claim." more

Athena dedicated this song to her father, David, who was a Korean War Veteran who served the United States of America proudly for 20+ years. -
