Pearl Jam and Incubus To Be Honored was a top story for this week. Here it is again: (Surfrider) In celebration of their 25th Anniversary, the Surfrider Foundation is honoring actor David Chokachi, and the members of Incubus and Pearl Jam with the organization's prestigious Keeper of the Coast Award. The Surfrider Foundation's 25th Anniversary Gala, hosted by Mark Hoppus from Blink-182, will take place at the California Science Center's Wallis Annenberg Building in Los Angeles. In addition to the presentation of the Keeper of the Coast Awards, the evening will include a live art auction, and a special performance by the rock supergroup Camp Freddy.The coveted Keeper of the Coast Award is presented only once every five years to those celebrities who have made significant contributions towards helping the Surfrider Foundation fulfill its mission of protecting and preserving our world's oceans, waves and beaches.
