Avenged Sevenfold Going South

. Due to overwhelming demand from Avenged Sevenfold fans in Brazil, the band will join the line-up of this year's SWU Music & Arts Festival held in S�o Paolo.

Avenged will perform on the third day of the festival, October 11th, joining Linkin Park, Queens Of The Stone Age, Incubus and many others.

The band released their fifth studio album Nightmare on July 27th. Produced by Mike Elizondo (Dr. Dre, Eminem) and mixed by noted engineer Andy Wallace, Nightmare was in the works when A7X's beloved drummer, Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan, passed away.

On August 17th, Avenged Sevenfold will set out co-headlining the first annual Uproar Festival with Disturbed. Also on the bill are Stone Sour, Halestorm, and Hell Yeah. Mike Portnoy from Dream Theatre plays drums on Nightmare and will also tour with the band for Uproar.
