. (Rock AAA) X-Factor winner Matt Cardle has announced he'll donate money raised from his Christmas single to cancer charity in a clear moral victory for Corey Taylor's seasonal campaign.

XM@$ is currently at No.34 in the chart, and there's time to get it up to the top.

The charity decision is likely to come direct from TV gameshow owner Simon Cowell � because under the terms of Cardle's contract he's to receive any hard cash himself for months to come. Corey says: "Surprise surprise � but at least the charities benefit." more on this story
