Kings of Leon took home the Record of the Year, Best Rock Song and Best Rock Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocals for "Use Somebody" Judas Priest won the Best Metal Performance Grammy for "Dissident Aggressor" from A Touch Of Evil - Live. AC/DC won their first Grammy by capturing the Best Hard Rock Performance Grammy for "War Machine." Green Day won the Best Rock Record Award for 21st Century Breakdown. Phoenix's Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix won for best Alternative Music Album. Jeff Beck's "A Day In The Life" won for Best Rock Instrumental Performance. And predictably Bruce Springsteen's "Working On A Dream" won for Best Solo Rock Vocal Performance.
