Jay Reatard died from a cocaine and alcohol overdose, according to an autopsy revealed on Wednesday (Feb. 3). Shelby County Medical Examiner Karen E. Chancellor said the 29-year-old musician died because of "cocaine toxicity, and that alcohol was a contributing factor" in his death more
