Singled Out: Lo-Pro's Alive

'The Beautiful Sounds of Revenge' is truly a diary of our journey over the last several years. Following the demise of our last record deal, we went through a "12 step program" of sorts emotionally. The first step was naturally anger, followed by despair and depression. These emotions are tiring though and not all that healthy over time and we eventually returned to this magical place of making music for the sake of making music.

At the end of the day, we'll always have our music, despite where we may be on a business level at the time. I think "Alive" marked the beginning of that transition. The lyrics are upbeat and hopeful. "Let them know you're alive" is a call to action. Life is too short for bitterness.
