A dream concert featuring the Big Four of Thrash, Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer and Anthrax, turned into a fatal nightmare after the show in Poland. BW&BK reports that a coach taking heavy metal fans back home after a thrash metal concert in Warsaw last night crashed into an oncoming lorry, killing the driver and injuring 15. The 22-year old driver of the coach was killed instantly by the collision, with the lorry driver being seriously injured. more

Blabbermouth has posted video footage of Great White singer Jack Russell falling on stage during the opening number, "Desert Moon", of the band's set on June 11, 2010 at Scout Bar in San Antonio, Texas. Russell, who has reportedly been performing the group's latest shows while sitting down on a bar stool/chair, later blamed the fall on his recent back surgeries. more

Ozzy Osbourne will play one of his most intimate shows to a handful of lucky fans on Sunday night, June 20 as part of the promotional campaign behind his new album "Scream". The fan-only show will take place at Hollywood's House of Blues following a record signing event at the fabled Amoeba Music store. more

In August/September, former Iron Maiden singer Paul Di'Anno returns to Brazil to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the launch of Maiden's legendary self-titled first album that was released in 1980.
