Singled Out: Aleister X

Today we have probably the most unusual Singled Out in antiMusic history. It comes courtesy of Aleister X who just released "The Git" EP via Andrew W.K.'s Steev Mike label. Here is the story:

"Me and my mate MacMall (of my live band, The Chancers) was stayin in this crap Gaijin Hotel in Shinjiku, Tokyo and it was Xmas Eve and all Tokyo was shacked up in Love Hoterus except the Gaijins (foreigners) like us.

There were a bunch of maniac Australians stayin' there, was givin us the low numbers, and teasin us all the time. They was makin it real tough to be ourselves and we was well miserable; more than normal like. Like one time MacMall takin a bath n a couple of the Aussie crew screwed the door shut from the outside 'n took blow driers 'n blew horrible Black Shinjuku Dust, a noxious 'n foul smelling substance known as "Baka-dastu" that effects the saliva glands and mucous membranes in the lungs or something, causing terrible dry-mouth 'n coughing spasms.

MacMall was flipping out coughing and had a really wretching case of cotton-mouth for days. All the Calpis at Lawson Station couldn't kill that cotton-mouth.

And these guys were like massive rubgy goons too 'n there was seven of 'em. Me 'n MacMall, we's lovers, not really fighters, you see, 'n basically we don't go around looking for trouble, and don't do nothing wrong most of the time. Or at least nothing wrong that would harm any one else but us and willing participants, innit. They did all kinds of other sh*te to make our lives more miserable than normal, but that Baka-dastu attack was the worst. After a week of this we had enough. Enuff Z'nuff like Chip Z Nuff http://www.enuffznuff.com, innit. Revenge would be ours. But which? After many Asahi Super Drys
we scored some ipecac off a local lo-level Yakuza grunt we knew, and injected it into the Aussies' Fosters (Australian for "beer", mate) cans. We came back later that night to find the whole lot puking all over the place, those f**king geezers on their knees ralphing up. It was such a glorious triumph I was come over by pure inspiration and the lines started coming. "On your feet, or on your kness" And that's exactly how it went down people. 'Strweth!
