The Black Keys In A Box

. (Gibson) Showing their allegiance to independent record shops, Ohio blues-rock duo The Black Keys will release a box set of their best-selling sixth album, Brothers, for Record Store Day's Black Friday festivities on November 26.

The Brothers box set will be a numbered, limited edition package that includes the album as both a CD and a double 45-rpm vinyl, a bonus 10" record with a half-dozen previously unreleased live songs, and a limited edition poster.

Released in May 2010, Brothers is The Black Keys' highest-charting album yet. Guitarist and vocalist Dan Auerbach and drummer Patrick Carney founded the band in 2001. They are currently on a world tour with dates mapped out through March 2011. - more on this story
