Mick Jagger Supergroup To Release Sanskrit Single
. The supergroup features Jagger, Eurythmics' Dave Stewart, Joss Stone and Damian Marley, as well as Oscar-winning Indian musician A.R. Rahman. Jagger sings "Satyameva Jayate" ("Truth Alone Triumphs") in Sanskrit, the second single from SuperHeavy. Rahman told the Press Trust of India: "Dave [Stewart] said we want your voice in this album... we want this to be a great Indian song, too. A long dream for me to raise one of the morals of Indian culture which is 'Satyameva Jayate' and make it as a song. This is historic it is iconic in a way.
