(Gibson) The Rolling Stones' Mick Jagger sings in the Indian language of Sanskrit on the forthcoming album by supergroup SuperHeavy.

The supergroup features Jagger, Eurythmics' Dave Stewart, Joss Stone and Damian Marley, as well as Oscar-winning Indian musician A.R. Rahman. Jagger sings "Satyameva Jayate" ("Truth Alone Triumphs") in Sanskrit, the second single from SuperHeavy.

Rahman told the Press Trust of India: "Dave [Stewart] said we want your voice in this album... we want this to be a great Indian song, too. A long dream for me to raise one of the morals of Indian culture which is 'Satyameva Jayate' and make it as a song. This is historic it is iconic in a way. I hope people will like it." more on this story
