Celtic Woman's Platinum Christmas

Celtic Woman's A Christmas Celebration album and companion live concert DVD (A Christmas Celebration: Live from Dublin) have each been certified Platinum after having sold more than one-million CDs and more than 100,000 DVDs.

A Christmas Celebration features an assortment of treasured carols ("Christmas Pipes", "Little Drummer Boy", "Carol of the Bells"), hymns ("Silent Night", "O Holy Night", "O Come All Ye Faithful") and pop standards ("The Christmas Song", "White Christmas") wrapped in a bow of traditional Irish fare ("That Night in Bethlehem").

The announcement of Platinum status comes just as Celtic Woman are about to commence their first-ever A Christmas Celebration The Symphony Tour on Dec 1 in Temecula, CA with many dates already sold-out.

This limited engagement of concerts will organically showcase the pure angelic voices of Celtic Woman in a reverent yet dynamic live music experience accompanied by the stirring instruments of a full symphony orchestra.
